Pricing

One plan. Everything included. $19 per editor.

Every feature at one price: $19 per editor per month. Gantt, automations, dashboards, cross-sheet formulas, the Smartsheet importer, even Enterprise SSO and MFA are all included. You only pay for the people who edit. View-only collaborators are always free.

Nothing is locked behind a pricier tier, because there is only one tier. Start with a 7-day free trial and see the whole product from day one.

7-day free trial, no credit card required. Cancel anytime before it ends and you owe nothing.

Simple by design

One price. Every feature. Free viewers.

Here is what $19 per editor actually buys, because in this category pricing usually comes with an asterisk:

  • You only pay for editors

$19 a month for each person who can edit. Add or remove editors anytime and the bill follows the seat count, prorated automatically. Nothing hidden.

  • View-only collaborators are free

Share dashboards, reports, and sheets read-only with as many people as you like. Viewers never cost a cent, and are never quietly converted into a paid seat.

  • Nothing is gated to a pricier tier

There is one plan, so every feature is switched on from day one: Gantt, automations, cross-sheet formulas, even Enterprise SSO and MFA. No upsell, no "contact sales" to unlock the basics.

Tired of a "free" collaborator quietly becoming a paid seat? On Wisegrid, view-only stays free and only deliberate editors count. See how Smartsheet's true-up turns editors into billable seats →

Small team? There is no seat minimum: pay for one editor or a hundred, and everyone gets every feature. See the small-team tax Smartsheet's plans put on you → And if your Smartsheet renewal is coming up, read this before you take the discount →

  • Support is the founder's inbox

Email the founder who wrote the code: ryan@wisegrid.co. No ticket queue, no tier-1 script.

  • Leave anytime with everything

One Export Bundle downloads each sheet as Excel plus every attachment. Your data is never hostage.

  • Your Smartsheet stays untouched

The importer uses a read-only token. We never write to your Smartsheet account, and you can revoke the token anytime.

AI, right inside your formulas

Use =CLASSIFY, =EXTRACT, =SUMMARIZE, and freeform =AI() in any cell. Your plan includes a $5/mo AI allowance, metered to the cent with a hard ceiling, so AI stops at the cap instead of silently running up your bill. Need more? Top up anytime with self-serve credit, at face value.

1 Smartsheet limits each sheet to 500,000 cells (Smartsheet API documentation). Wisegrid raises that to 1,000,000.

2 Airtable has no per-cell or per-sheet cell cap. Capacity is bound by records per base instead: 50,000 (Team) to 125,000 (Business), cumulative across all tables in a base (Airtable plans).

3 A Smartsheet sheet can include no more than 100 distinct cross-sheet references (Smartsheet Help).

4 Airtable connects tables with linked-record fields rather than cross-sheet formula references.

5 Published function counts (functions only, operators excluded): Smartsheet 118 (Smartsheet Functions List), Airtable ~85 (Airtable formula reference), Wisegrid 118, the Excel-compatible set our formula engine guarantees and tests against. monday.com's Formula Column is a single-column feature with a limited library and no published function count, so we leave it blank rather than estimate.

6 monday.com has no per-cell cap; capacity is bound by items per board instead: 10,000 items per board (100,000 on Enterprise) (monday.com Support).

7 monday.com's Formula Column cannot read other boards, so there is no cross-board formula reference (monday.com Support). Boards are connected with mirror columns rather than formula references.

8 monday.com provides a Formula Column but does not publish a function count; its library is limited compared with spreadsheet-grade tools (monday.com Support).

9 monday.com warns before you hit the limit: a banner plus bell and email notification at 80% of a board's connected-items capacity (monday.com Support).

10 Smartsheet gates SAML/SSO and other identity controls to its Enterprise plan (Smartsheet Help). Wisegrid includes SSO and MFA on its one plan.

Frequently asked
Is there a free plan?
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. The trial converts to the $19-per-editor plan automatically when it ends. There is no free tier for new accounts, but you are not charged if you cancel before the trial is over.
What counts as a seat?
You pay $19 per month for each person who can edit (editors and admins). View-only collaborators are always free, however many you invite, and are never quietly converted into a paid seat. You only ever pay for the people who edit.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 7 the trial converts to the paid plan on the card you entered, billed at $19 per editor. We email you before the trial ends so it is never a surprise. Cancel anytime before then and you owe nothing.
Can I add or remove editors later?
Yes. Add or remove editors whenever you like and billing prorates automatically. You manage seats, your card, and invoices self-serve in the Stripe Customer Portal. No sales call.
Why does the plan include 100 GB and not more?
We size included storage so it stays sustainable as we grow. No asterisks, no surprise throttling. If you ever reach the cap, your existing files stay fully accessible; only new uploads are blocked until you free up space. Cell data is never affected; only attachments count toward storage.
What happens if I hit the storage cap?
New attachment uploads are blocked with a prompt to free up space. Existing files stay accessible. Nothing is deleted. Your cells and formulas are never touched.
How does AI in formulas get billed?
AI functions (=CLASSIFY, =EXTRACT, =SUMMARIZE, =AI) draw on a $5 monthly AI allowance included with the plan. Usage is metered to the cent against that allowance, and the allowance is a hard ceiling: when it runs out, AI cells simply stop resolving until next month. They never silently overspend. Need more before the reset? Buy top-up credit anytime at face value; top-ups carry over.
Do I have to talk to sales?
No. Everything is self-serve, from the trial to live billing. If you want a custom enterprise contract (audit logs, MSA), email ryan@wisegrid.co.
Who answers support?
The founder. Email ryan@wisegrid.co and the person who wrote the code replies. No ticket queue, no tier-1 script, no "have you tried clearing your cache" runaround.
